"I know it's not all over yet but I just wanted to thank you for getting us this far in our divorce. We could not have done this without you and I mean that. There was so much wrapped up in this and honestly, it's like a game that has to be played the right way. We needed your help and I'm so grateful that we found you and that you agreed to work with us. I'm sure Clint would agree that you've eased both of our minds many times and in many ways. And you've certainly brought humor when needed. This is a big deal and it's also what I believe is best for us and for our son. He will experience two people, who are no longer married, still care about each other's well-being and find their own ways with his well-being in mind always too. That's quite a gift. And you helped us keep that in mind when I think any other way may have led us down a different path and one that neither one of us felt good about.
